SHIPPING

We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time. We will ship to APO/EPO and PO Box addresses. Since USPS has to be used for these orders, your account may be automatically charged if there are additional shipping  costs. We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii, please use our Contact Us Form (see below) to contact us directly. All shipments are sent and delivered within 4-8 business days or we will email you. Bulk or Case Orders may take an additional 4-6 business days as we went to make sure the snacks we send out are fresh from the manufacturer. We will ship your order within 2-3 business days as we do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please double check your shipping address.  If a package is shipped back to us due to an wrong or incomplete address, you will be charged the amount UPS bills us along the the cost to re-ship your order.

Orders over $249.00 are charged the exact amount it costs us to ship. If this cost exceeds $29.95, your account will be automatically be charged and a receipt will be emailed to you.

We also try to use recycled resources and reuse whenever possible. Our packaging may not be fancy, but we do what we can to help keep our earth cleaner. We will use the appropriate packaging to ensure your shipment arrives in good condition.

We try to keep shipping and handling costs as reasonable as possible but shipping costs are on the rise. The initial shipping charge is the most expensive. As you add products, the shipping cost doesn’t go up as much. The more we can fit in a box the better for you! We do not mark up our products to cover shipping costs, as many retailers do. Your account will automatically be charged the correct shipping price if the wrong price was entered.

Here at Yum Yum Sisters, LLC, we hope that you'll be completely satisfied with your order. We realize that problems do sometimes occur and if the error is ours, we'll gladly exchange or reimburse both the product and the shipping costs. Please notify us immediately (within 30 days of the delivery date) if there are any problems with your order. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for the actual shipping costs(per UPS, USPS or SpeeDee) for returned merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless due to company error. There is a restocking fee of 10% of the total order.  We will not exchange or give refunds for opened packages. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

How to Return or Exchange Products:

1. All claims must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
