Take original Blue Corn Tortilla Chips, and in this case add something special, the zip of sesame seeds. And you get Sesame Blues. Those tiny bursts of sesame flavor make a tortilla chip into something else entirely. They're actually blue in color because many years ago Garden of Eatin' founder Al Jacobson bought an entire crop of blue corn (an ancient tradition of the Hopi and Zuni tribes -- people who really know their corn) and thought it would make a great tortilla chip.
INGREDIENTS: Organically grown blue corn cooked in filtered water with a trace of lime, organically grown sesame seeds, expeller-pressed hi-oleic safflower or sunflower oil and sea salt.
